Please delineate, unemotionally, any negative facts about The Villages. Specifically:
1. Crime and police response
2. Rules governing pets, annoying pets
3. HOA or POA overly excessive rules, citing each specifically for reference in the appropriate covenant.
4. Prices in The Villages stores with reference to outside stores.
5. Home maintenance costs |
