My wife and I bought a home on an extended build program last December, after spending 4 great days on their property.

We had visited all the 45 & 55 and older communities that are still selling new homes within a radius of under one hour from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Arizona. (We do allot of flying)
We did not want to move into an older communities because:
1. We are in our early 60\'s and most of the other residents would have been allot older.
2. We wanted NEW only.
3. IN a new community we are all looking for new friends, not as much in an older one.
4. We were able to get a much larger piece of property then was available at many others and had much more lots to choose from.

While on their property me met some very special people who we can honestly say we will be great friends with. Some of them invited us into their homes and were extremely helpful once we were designing our home.


The sales staff we met were were very helpful and not pushy. The design center staff was great when it came to the house.
