| There has been a lot of discussion on Del Web communities on this forum. I haven't seen any discussion on the many Toll Brothers Active Living or the Epcon communities which are mainly in the East and Midwest. There is a new Epcon community just getting started by me in North Texas and I really like the concept of these patio condo style homes. Yesterday, Toll Brothers announced that they are taking over a Del Web community in Colorado, which is an area I am interested in for retirement relocation. I haven't previously heard that this builder was in the active adult segment. I would be interested in any input on the communities of these builders. |
