(1) Every foreclosure means your share of the HOA fees will rise.
(2) If the builder goes bankrupt,
(a) promised amenities may never be built
(b) home warranties will be worthless
(c) any deposits will be lost.

Utilize Google, realtor.com, Trulia.com, etc.
