 Property taxes on a $200,000 house between $2000 and $4000??
$4000 seems pretty steep in a State loaded with people like AZ. Can this be correct? |

Good point. Looks like the entry for Prescott has the property taxes pegged too high. Although the Prescott town website isn't very helpful about explaining what the mill rate is, Money Magazine says that the 2006 average value of a Prescott home was about $365,000 with property taxes at $1200. So by most standards, Prescott property taxes are very low
