All of the bad news out in the real estate markets is frightening. But on the other hand there are a LOT of baby boomers who are about ready to buy into an active adult or over 55 community - and that should move the markets again. What do you think - is this the opportunity to buy - or is it a sucker market? Love to hear the consensus out there.
