here is my pet peeve from visiting some so-called "active adult communities"- why do they all have to be out in the sticks? I like the idea of having unlimited recreational opportunities and the chance to meet new people easily, but i would really rather do it someplace where i can walk downtown, and don't have to feel like i am prisoner inside those amazing gates developers think they have to build. Anybody have any good ideas on an urban or small town-located 55+ community?

Land is cheap!

As the 55 plus community grows it seems the community will grow.

We found Henderson, NV too big.
