Our system creates a "stub" post for each town for which there is a review at Topretirements "Discuss what is like to retire in <name of town>". Until someone posts something under that stub, there is nothing to read. You can see how many Replies there are - if there is 1 or more there is something to read. Be sure to click on all of the links such as "Discuss what is like to retire in the Villages", that will lead you to the posts.
