| Barbara Corcoran may be a successful real estate person and author, but she sure has some strange choices for top 10 rebounding cities. They might be rebounding but I sure wouldn't choose to live in some of them. Michigan (3 of her choices) is cold and the economy is in a terrible depression. San Francisco is one of the most expensive places in the country. For my taste Sarasota (vibrant city with lots going on) and St. Petersburg (great location and cool places to live) make a lot more sense. |
