According to Monday's (10/5) NBC Today Show Al Roker interviewed Real Estate expert Barbara Corcoran and she stated that the following cities across the country are rebounding. Which location would you choose and why?

While I agree with Sarasota, St. Petersburg, San Francisco merit attention, I am a bit perplexed with the inclusion of Trenton NJ on this list. Perhaps things have changed.

By the way, our websitewww.theunrulymob.com has written some interesting pieces on the Sarasota area. Check them out. http://www.theunrulymob.com/where-to-retire/florida/osprey-fl-%E2%80%93-for-free-spirits-looking-for-something-different/#more-618 and http://www.theunrulymob.com/where-to-retire/florida/prices-on-sarasota-area-homes-have-leveled-off-some-start-to-rise/

Barbara Corcoran may be a successful real estate person and author, but she sure has some strange choices for top 10 rebounding cities. They might be rebounding but I sure wouldn't choose to live in some of them. Michigan (3 of her choices) is cold and the economy is in a terrible depression. San Francisco is one of the most expensive places in the country. For my taste Sarasota (vibrant city with lots going on) and St. Petersburg (great location and cool places to live) make a lot more sense.
