I will be 54 yrs old this year. How do I find adult communities that are 50 +. All I can find is age restriction of 55 and older.

I'd check with any community that interests you - some 55+ communities only require that 80%of the residences are occupied by people 55 and older.

Such communities are there but are very less. So I think, The age bar should be reduced to 50 from 55 so that more persons can take advantage of it.
