Cedar City, Utah appears to have a climate that misses the weather extremes most of the year. I went to the 'Utah section' and saw my question already asked some time ago but without a response. Perhaps it's buried in that too-specific local, so I'll try it here:
If anyone lives in the Cedar City, Utah area (I understand it's 3 to 4 thousand feet higher than the St. George area), 1) what's your overall impression?
2) is it geared at all for retirees in community i.e. culture, community involvement, or is it more just another place to move to to be in a SW climate near natural wonders?
I believe anywhere you retire to, if there are like-minded persons, it only takes one or 2 to get things going: "if there's a will there's a way."
What's someone else's experience or insight?
