Any discussion of Deerfield Beach should include Century Village. It's one of the oldest and one of the best active adult communities anywhere. Sure, the average age there is a bit more than in the newer communities. But that's the difference between a teen aged lover and one in her 30's - the hard edges are polished up and she's a lot easier to live with!
