Discuss what its like to live in The Village at Penn State

I saw a terrific article about life in The Village at Penn State and college towns in general. It really made it sound appealing. Lots of things going on and interesting people to share it with. Mentions some of the other places mentioned on this site, such as the one affiliated with University of Michigan (see review of Ann Arbor).
