3 of us want to look at Texas to relocate to from Florida in 2-3 years. Looking for a retirement community, age restricted if not active adult. See lots of high end locations but we are in one of those now. Looking for site homes, villas or condos from $100,000 to $160,000 (pool clubhouse best). Don't ride or want a big boat but golf nearby is a good thing. Anybody point me in the right direction or is this just not going to work?
