| Do you mean Simsbury, CT? if so, it depends on what you are used to, I guess, but I would say expensive. Very nice, upscale community -- I lived on the other side of Hartford for years -- but pricey. I may be dead wrong, but when I think of Simsbury, I think of upscale couples with kids looking for good schools. I would not necessarily think retirement. |
