Madison Landing is a proposed 55+ community in Madison, Connecticut that borders the scenic Hammonasset River and Long Island Sound. The homes will be geared to active adults and will be built by Leyland Alliance. The property will be built on a former Griswold airport. It is convenient to downtown Madison and other parts of the Shoreline. As of late 2009 the project was in question, since Leyland Alliance has offered the property for sale to the Town of Madison. There will be a referendum in 2010 to approve the purchase.
