| SummersGate is a new residential community on the Eastern Shore,
is designed for residents age 55 and better.The campus will include 94 upscale villas and 22 single family homes. Each unit will have a two car garage. SummersGate will also offer 100 spectacular apartment condominiums. This first of five condo buildings will be completed in mid-summer 2009. Shopping is available nearby in downtown Salisbury’s historic district, and at the Centre at Salisbury.
