Panoramic View Homesites starting at $79k
One of the most coveted type of homesite is the View lot. These lots are typically found in only the most scenic areas of the mountain. With a westerly view, all home sites have a 70 mile + long range view with Grandfather Mountain or Table Rock Mountain as the back drop.

River Access Homesites starting at $29k
The development planning was done in such a way that the majority of non-view lots either sit on a bluff overlooking the river or have trail access providing a short walk to the river and river amenities. All streets in the community have a trail head providing a short nature stroll down to the Riverside amenities.
