| What Carolina VIllage is like |
| Carolina Village in Hendersonville is a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community. There have been several phases: 10 studio apartments, 49 efficiency apartments, 75 one bedroom apartments, and 69 two bedroom apartments, arranged in a quadrangle around a nicely landscaped courtyard. The newly constructed E wing contains 24 one bedroom and 39 two bedroom apartments. There are also 89 cottages. Public areas include a spacious dining area, library, a meeting room, several large rooms for games, parties or other events, and a small chapel. Professional landscape personnel as well as resident volunteers work hard to maintain attractive grounds around the Village. |
