Cliffside is a quiet village located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina.  Though only an hour's drive from Charlotte, Asheville, and Greenville, SC, the daily pace and peace of this community is far removed from the city lifestyle.  Natural attractions are everywhere.

Western North Carolina is becoming a destination for retirees. Cliffside is an affordable alternative to some of the higher elevations of the NC Mountains.  The local economy, once dominated by the textile industry, is moving more toward tourism.  Cliffside offers the quiet peacefulness of village living.
