| What Freedom is like for active adults |
| Freedom is a very small town in southwestern Pennsylvania, just west of Pittsburgh by about 25 miles. The town is located on the Ohio River not that far from the Ohio border. The population in 2005 was about 1,600 - a small decline from a few years previous. Recent home sales have been in the low $100's. At least one active adult condo project is being built here. |

| Small town located on the interesting Ohio River. Proximity to the dynamic small city of Pittsburgh, with its legendary sports teams, many leading universities, and long cultural tradition. Pittsburgh and surrounding area are surprisingly iaffordable compared to towns to the east. |
