Homes are located on Greenbelts, walking trails and golf course lots.  New construction is by Robson who build quality homes.  There are many model to choose with variations in exterior design.  You can contact me for complete information on the new construction models (Please note that I do not work for the Robson Ranch Sales Office, but I can supply you with the details). New construction homes start with a base price with many upgrades available, including the lot upgrade.
