What Glen Rose is like for active adults
Glen Rose is a very small town of under 3,000 people  in north central Texas, just west of Dallas. This town features a relaxed lifestyle.  The presence of dinosaur footprints in the area makes it a popular tourist center.  Prices of homes here are hard to pin down - they were in the high $100's but in 2009 seem to have fallen well below $100,000.

Fossil Rim Wildlife Center is a popular 1800 acre park with exotic animals such as zebras and giraffes. The Dinosaur Valley State Park attracts many tourists and scientists trying to explain what is there.
