Americans retiring to Charlottetown
I understand it\'s next to impossible to retire to Canada if you are a US citizen. Is it possible for US citizens to purchase property on P.E. Island? Full time living OK?

Beautiful to live here!
We have lived in Charlottetown area since 2007. It is just a wonderful place to live, in the warmer weather! We do go south in the really cold weather. The sunsets are amazing and I hear the golf is world class. The seafood is some of the best I have ever had and I grew up in New England! We have taken courses are Holland College culinary school for day programs. They also have \"Senior collage\" which is amazing and cost effective way to meet people and continue learning. It is currently only $152 per YEAR to take all the course you want. If you are not able to live here you would want to at least visit. You can still get waterfront property at affordable prices if you go slightly out of town. Definitely a hidden gem. :)
