What Woodland Park is like for active adults

This lovely resort town 18 miles west of Colorado Springs is a Colorado classic with spectacular views of Pike's Peak and the Rampart Range. Woodland Park is a community of a little less than 8,000 residents, the biggest city in Teller County, and is nestled among the million acres of Pike National Forest. Hiking, fishing, and simply soaking in the sights are all popular in this sunny, outdoorsy town.
