| Where to Live & Real Estate Values |
The area has become very popular for active adult communities (see link at top right). New residents are interested in Delaware because it is tax-friendly, land is inexpensive, and being near the Delaware Bay and its beaches offers a great lifestyle. Home prices in early 2011 were about $234,000, a high level no doubt influenced by the active adult communities in the area. |
