Palm City is a prosperous town across the bay from Stuart, FL (about 2 miles away).  The average age in Palm City is 49 and the average household income at about $72,000, indications that it is a popular town for affluent retirees.  Being close to the beautiful city of Stuart with its shops and restaurants is a definite plus.  The area is filled with developments and active adult communities, so there is no shortage of places to live.
