Blue ridge : Georgia

What Blue Ridge is like for active adults
Blue Ridge is a very small town in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia, very near Tennessee and North Carolina.  The town has about 1200 residents but is in an area that is busy with new active adult communities (see link at right). From the picture above it is easy to see the attraction.

Homes in Blue Ridge tend to sell for less than $100,000, although the new developments are skewing the average sale into the $250's.
