What others are saying about Parkside Village

Parkside Village
Since property tax is only $500/year, then why does this community charge over $6000/year to live in the community. You buy the mobile house $50,000 on average, 25 year old usually. You are separately financially responsible to mow lawn every week, plow driveway, & maintain you house in every aspect. The Parkside Village does NOT have s ClubHouse nor any community center. They also have no pools, no courts- tennis nor basketball, no golf range, - NO AMENITIES at all.. What are you paying overy $6 thousand a year for??? It is not walking distance to anywhere - not even to the entrance of Steiglemier Park??? There is no security around. It is Not a gated community. Please check your facts before promoting such a place as an \'Active Senior Community\' - because it is NOT. It is a Senior money-sucking entity. Anyone would rather pay $600/yr in property taxes, verses over $6000/year in small land fees where you have to pay additional for its upkeep.
