What people are saying about Hayesville

Hayesville
My boyfriend and I stayed 8 days in October. It is a beautiful location. The home we stayed in had a beautiful view of Lake Chatuge and some surrounding farm land. Lake Chatuge is a gorgeous lake. It is TVA controlled and they don\'t come much nicer than this one. And Yes it is small town America. They had a very nice Walgreens and Ingels. What more do you want? You are close enough to Franklin and Murphy if you need more. And then you are just a hop-skip to N Georgia. Could I see myself living there FT? YES. Especially if I had a home overlooking Lake Chatuge and the mountainside. I currently live in Middle TN in one of the fastest growing counties in the country. And boy do you know it every time you leave the house. And with that comes crime. This is also a beautiful area, but I am looking for small town America. I love the Waynesville/Maggie Valley the most, but I could settle in Hayesville.
