Hardeeville : South carolina

What Hardeeville is like for active adults
Hardeeville is a small but very rapidly growing town near the coast of southern South Carolina. Located right on I95, chances are you have driven by here at least once in your life. Because a lot of the town is focused on commercially serving its I 95 exits, there are parts of town that most northern transplants would not like. But Ii is within 20 miles of the much more glamorous communities of Bluffton, Port Royal, Hilton Head, and Savannah.  This area in the Low Country of South Carolina is the focus of many new active adult communities, many of them extremely large. (see link at right).

Average home prices are hard to interpret. Homes in the community outside of big developments tend to sell in the low $100's, while they can easily double that in the 55+ communities.  The area has good weather and plenty of golf courses and other types of recreation.
