Medical personnel can be within the gates of Rarity Pointe in minutes. Fort Loudoun Medical Center is located a couple of miles in Lenoir City, and Knoxville has three state-of-the-art healthcare systems. The University of Tennessee offers the area's only level one trauma center and academic hospital.

The Tyson-McGhee airport in Maryville, Tenn. is approximately a 15-20 minute drive from Lenoir City and Rarity Pointe. Also, the close proximity to Interstates 40 and 75 allow residents to travel to 75% of the U.S. population with one day.
