What people are saying about Fredericksburg

Fredericksburg VA area real estate
John - how about adding Fawn Lake to your list of spots to be considered by retirees. West of Fredericksburg on Rt 3 about 12 miles, it has all of the same amenities as Lake Monticello near Charlottesville and is equally distant from DC or Richmond. Good wineries in the area too. It\'s not age restricted, but there are plenty of retirees here. Hope all is well with you. Dave Hi Dave Fawn Lake is here, this is the link: Listed in the VA Directory (Find a Community) under Fredericksburg. Sounds nice
