Victor Harbor, a city located about 80 kilometers south of Adelaide on the Fleurieu Peninsula, is one of Australia's most popular coastal spots. With a median resident age of 52, it's particularly popular for retirement. The population swells in the summertime as a well-loved tourist destination. Victor Harbor is an outdoor lover's haven; varieties of water sports, fishing, and hiking are all common activities here. The city is also the center of the South Coast surf zone. From June to September, look out for whales.
