| Meridian is a fast growing town 10 miles west of Boise, Idaho. The population is just over 60,000. Now the third largest city in Idaho (and its fastest growing), it is also a suburb of Boise. It is close to Idaho's mountains with outstanding recreational opportunities. It offers a diversified economic base since many major high tech companies are located in this area. There are many active adult communities, along with developments that tend to attract this demographic. Average selling home prices in 2007's 3rd quarter were $209,000, unchanged from the previous year. |
