Tellico Village is a planned Cooper Community established in 1986 and located in Loudon County and Monroe County, Tennessee. It encompasses nearly 5,000 acres along Tellico Lake with the community continuing to grow because of the number of recreational amenities available and the friendliness of the more than 6,750 residents. There are many clubs and social activities, 3 championship golf courses

Tellico Village is NOT a pretentious high end gated community environment... nor is it a "shuffleboard retirement community"... it is a friendly Active Lifestyle Retirement Resort Community with over 100 social clubs, 3 golf courses and Tellico Lake activities.

The Baby Boomer generation, retirees and even families with young children enjoy all that Tellico Village has to offer. All different income levels reside here. Homes range from $185,000 - $2,000,000. Lots range from $10,000 - $600,000. Average home prices are $250,000 - $400,000.

Transportation

Directions: Tellico Village is centered in the eastern United States, just 31 miles southwest of Knoxville, Tennessee. From I-75 South take the Lenoir City exit 81. Then take Hwy 321 to Lenoir City. Cross Ft. Loudon Dam, then take first right which is Tellico Parkway and it will lead you directly into Tellico Village.Knoxville is the most centrally located metropolitan city in the U.S.
