Harrah's Louisiana Downs provides horse racing. Bossier City boasts several impressive festivals a month, as well as the Southern University Museum of Art.
Bossier City is about 6 miles east of Shreveport. Average home sales in mid 2009 were priced at about $160,000 and very steady. |
