There appear to be some continuing care communities in the area. There are a number of old neighborhoods in the city such as Suncrest and Sunnyside. Housing costs are about average. According to City-Data.com the median home selling price in late 2012 was about $170,000, close to the national median. Property taxes are low, much less than $1000 on average. |
