Hoover offers various facilities like a public safety center, library and municipal center to its residents just like any big city. Great shopping complexes, nice residential complexes, good business community and best schools encourage many Americans to make Hoover their home. Hoover’s planned communities and residential places are located near the foothills of Appalachian Mountains.
There are several active adult communities and many other neighborhoods and developments in Hoover. (see links at right). Homebuyers have different options to select from. The NAR reports the median home sale price in the Birmingham/Hoover area to be $193,900 during the first quarter of 2018.
