Overview

The Barrio de Tubac is a master-planned community in Tubac, AZ. Barrio de Tubac includes the upscale businesses of Plaza de Anza, home to Anza Marketplace, The Presidio Cafe and The Chef's Table. The Barrio has several neighborhoods within the community. One of those is the Townhomes at Embarcadero, which features attached town homes. Embarcadero is conceptualized as a community with history, art and a carefree lifestyle. New homes start in the $250's, while resales are less. There are also rental programs available. Other neighborhoods include nSentinel Hills, Trails Head, and Santiago.
