What people are saying about Clermont

Clermont observations
This comment came in from Pam and sheds some good perspective on our review of Clermont: You have Clermont all wrong. Yes we have shopping but the huge center was cancelled in recession. The traffic is very quiet compared to majority of Orlando areas. Housing is cheaper but is rising again already. The biggest thing about this area that is not mentioned is the rolling hills. We really do have hills, and winding roads and beautiful countryside. Kings Ridge and other golf courses sit on the hill and have some spectacular holes, nothing like the boring flat of most other FL courses. It is a world away from rest of Orlando but easy to get to the tourist things and the beach when you want them.
