The village of Lincolnshire hosts several festivals in City Park, the Village Green, and in one of its nine public parks. The city is home to several large corporations including Hewitt Associates. Lincolnshire has easy access to I-94 and Chicago, and the Prairie View Metra station is just west of Lincolnshire; The town's bike trails cover the village and connect neighborhoods making it a very bike friendly community. O'Hare International Airport is just 18 miles away.
