Sterling Hill is an active adult community designed for persons 55 years of age or better. Located on 16 wooded acres, in Exeter, New Hampshire, it is comprised of approximately 120 units within four condominium buildings. Community amenities include a clubhouse with multipurpose room, and fitness center, along with secure building access, underground garage parking, and additional outdoor parking for each building. Homes are priced from the $400's. The community is conveniently located on Sterling Hill Lane near downtown Exeter, and is also close to parks, golf courses and medical facilities.
