Check out St.James NC-- Southport is our post office. gated with security 81 top holes of golf. 4 full country clubs.marina on icw near mouth of cape fear river and ocean. 5 restaurants pools. in water boat slips and very big indoor storage. beautiful homes. everything the owner said 20 years ago has happened. PS - Topretirements has also heard good things about this community as a high end, very nice place to live
