Water woes
Look up Rio Verde and water and you\'ll see a number of articles about the water issues in this area. While the master planned community might have a deal, not sure of, the area is in crisis with over 500 property owners contemplating how to get water deliveries. Here is an article discussing some of the issues. https://www.12news.com/article/news/local/water-wars/rio-verde-foothills-water-solution-mid-september-dwid-standpipe-arizona-corporation-commission/75-236011df-31c5-4076-b5c4-382ab8180fb8 The core metro area has pretty secure water but outlying issues are not as certain. Buying into an area with uncertain water is a risky financial move.
