What people are saying about Evergreen

Evergreen, Colorado
I have been living in Evergreen for about 7 years. Evergreen is a great little mountain community. The best things about Evergreen is that you are so close to Everything "Colorado". Evergreen has a ton of open space parks for hiking and dog walking. It is close to Denver for nightlife and seeing a concert or a have a nice dinner. A few of the cons about living in Evergreen is the terrain and weather. If we being honest it might not be the best place to live for everyone. It does get very cold and icy making walking challenging for some. The altitude can mess with some health issues and make breathing harder for some. All in all Evergreen is a great place to live but with the altitude being 7000' and above make sure you test the area out for at least a week before you buy home up here.
