Bad Place to live
Board of directors always attacking residents about something. Residents are treated like inmates and directors are jailers. Directors spend community fees on things directors want, like new card tables. 99% of residents are unfriendly and telling people what to do. They think they are so great. High Vista has look down on other people nor in click. Residents think members of their click come first. High vista is crowded.
