What people are saying about Sun City Center

Sun City Center and Kingspoint
Hope someone can help out with these questions. We will be making a visit to the area over Christmas Break and plan to check out Sun City Center and Kingspoint. If I understand correctly, there are different 'neighborhoods' in each. Where should we concentrate on looking for homes? Are there nicer neighborhoods that are not too expensive? Are there neighborhoods we should avoid? Any help would be greatly appreciated about this community. :?: Thank you.
