January 15, 2025 — Want to live longer – we sure do, assuming we have some degree of functioning. This interesting article from the NY Times shows results of multiple studies on longevity and various activities. Those include walking, biking, tennis, and golf. Guess which one seems to give the highest boost to living a long life? It’s tennis. One study from Denmark found that the people who played tennis lived an average 10 years longer than their sedentary peers.

Any form of exercise is good, more is even better. What are you doing to stay active and live a long healthy life?
