Solar Row a green development in Boulder,Colorado, is unique because it is a  solar row house project that is almost net zero energy. Using renewable energy sources and strategically planned construction, this green community in Colorado uses and generates its own energy.
Residents of Solar Row enjoy a healthier living environment, an energy efficient home and lower utility bills.  As part of the Department of Energy’s Build America Program, the Solar Row townhomes were also closely monitored to ensure that the targets for energy and water conservation were met.
